Booking Conditions To reserve your place at this event a signed booking form and full payment is required. Admission will be by ticket only and tickets will be dispatched to the address given on the booking form approximately two weeks prior to the event, with directions to the venue. * The person signing the booking form shall be deemed responsible for the payments and distribution of tickets for the entire party. * If for any reason the event cannot take place as scheduled we will endeavour to offer an acceptable alternative event, otherwise full reimbursement will be made of all monies paid. If you cancel your booking or reduce the number of the group size the payment is not refundable, you may however transfer your booking to another person by giving them your ticket. * This contract is subject to any terms or conditions imposed by the owners of the site, its facilities and services. Associated Tap Dancers cannot be held responsible for Acts of God or any curtailment, cancellation or change to any activity planned which is outside our control, nor can we accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party.
